Artist's Comments

Could you believe I started this one after I saw the movie... in theater? Yeah, I need some free time.

I like the Kevin from the movie, but some things don't make sense. Why do you need to see him open the door in the beginning? It already tells you who's the bad guy, it's too easy. So I chose to place him in the forest near Roark's farm, which is pretty much what happens in the book. The original one had palm trees though, but it wasn't creepy enough for me! :D

Based on a 200 px by 150 px picture of Elijah Wood (it's better than nothing, I guess) and a stock for the trees.

Sin City and Kevin belong to Frank Miller.
Relatively acceptable fan-art belongs to me.

:fear: I like how this turned out! You definitely added your own touch to this but it looks scary as Heck! Excellent work in my opinion!

Spooky, in a good way. Never saw the movie though.

Yes, but it takes me so much time to make one, I won't make Dwight soon... ;)
But maybe one day though.
:iconpitchounette:
Thank you. I wanted him to be scary. He's a mute cannibalist after all. :D

I'm surprised you don't know the graphic novels at least. They're published by Dark Horse, and they're pretty good, if you don't mind the pointless violence and over-exposed boobies.

And he's no Elton John. :D
