"There aren't mistakes in nature, and there aren't mistakes in people. And I think you can always find value if you look with the right intention."
Your vampire dress looks cool too, but seems a bit... in a relax pose on the coat-hanger.
I clicked on the picture but didn't get much more details. Only the two same pictures. No account of your adventures while doing it.
The clothe-hanger is very relax indeed! Very 2D-ish as well. Yeah, one day I'm gonna save money and buy a 3-D dressform.
You know what? I knew at least one person would click on the pics and not read a single word of what is written. You're the lucky winner! The small pics open the image gallery. As for my "adventures", they're written on the said costume page, under "making of". Even the day is underlined for your pleasure, so you can follow it like a journal. It's a lot of blabla, I admit, but I was quite inspired.
I can even give you a preview of the next adventure. Today, Jen-Jen tried to sew the collar and cried her eyes out on it. That fabric is truly stretchy! In a bad way... But I'm fine, just pissed. Aah, the pre-Halloween frenzy... I'm almost done, that's all that matters.
I might need your help for my Harry Potter costume though. I can't think of a name for my character, or at least nothing that makes sense with J.K.'s style...
I prefer simple designs, they're easier to manage.
Can wait to see you in a vintage doll! (LOL!) Such a contrast after the vampire dress.
I can't wait to see that doll costume too. It's gonna be hilarious, that's for sure!
I bought some massive quantities of red and yellow wool today. I can't see what that's for...
My grandmother knows knitting... I could ask her tricks!
